Returns and Exchanges Policy

At Obsidian Watch, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Refunds are issued using the same payment method originally used.

Items That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged

• Final Sale items are ineligible for return or exchange.

• Sale or promotional items are also excluded and follow our standard policy.

• Customised products cannot be returned.

• For hygiene reasons, underwear, certain jewelry, cosmetics, skincare, and opened swimwear (unless the sanitary strip is intact) are non-returnable.

Cancelling an Order
Orders can be cancelled before processing for a full refund. Once an order has shipped, cancellations are not possible.

Conditions for Returns or Exchanges
To be eligible, products must:

• Be in original, unworn, unwashed, unaltered condition, with all tags attached.

• Be returned in their original packaging and in a single parcel.

• Use the same shipping method as the original delivery.

• Be shipped from the same country as the original order.

Please note that return shipping costs, including any import duties, are the responsibility of the customer. Faulty items are always eligible for return. Obsidian Watch reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges if products show signs of wear, use, or modification. If we cannot accept your return, you may have the item sent back to you at your own expense.

How to Return Your Order

1. Contact our Customer Service team to start the process and provide:

   • Your order number

   • Proof of purchase

   • Photos or video of any defective item

2. Place the items and your receipt in the original packaging.

3. Fill out all three copies of the Returns Pro-Forma Invoice Form, place them in the transparent envelope, and attach it to your package (do not seal it). These documents are required for customs clearance.

4. Give the package to the courier. After verification, securely close the package.

Refund Process
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Once we receive your returned items, please allow up to 14 days (longer during peak periods) for processing. If your return does not meet our stated conditions, the package will be sent back to you at your cost.

After a return is approved, you will receive a confirmation email, and your refund will be processed promptly.
